A Cry for Justice since long…
I state this with full consciousness, responsibility, and moral clarity.
My biological father, Rabi Narayan Acharya, is not merely an accused—he is the prime perpetrator of heinous crimes that have destroyed our family. He is responsible for the brutal murder of my beloved mother, Smt. Binapani Acharya, and for the inhuman physical and mental torture inflicted upon me and my brother over years.
These acts are not private family disputes.
They are grave criminal offences, punishable under the strictest provisions of Indian law.
The continued freedom of such a person is a direct insult to justice, a betrayal of my mother’s memory, and a failure of the system meant to protect the innocent.
I categorically demand:
- Immediate arrest of the accused, Rabi Narayan Acharya
- Time-bound, impartial, and fearless investigation
- Prosecution under the harshest applicable sections of law
- Maximum punishment as prescribed by law, without dilution, delay, or compromise
This is not a plea for sympathy.
This is a constitutional demand for justice.
No individual—by blood, relation, or influence—can be allowed to stand above the law.
If crimes of such magnitude are ignored or softened, the message sent to society is dangerous: that the powerful can kill, torture, and escape.
I speak not only as a son who lost his mother, but as a citizen who still believes that justice must prevail—even if it comes late.
Let the law act. Let truth prevail. Let justice be done.
