Ama Gaurav Ama College Parichalana Sangathan (AGACPS) organised an engaging and insightful webinar on Mental Health, featuring Dr. Nirlipta Dash as the key speaker. The session, themed “From Stigma to Strength: The Journey of Lived Experience,” focused on breaking the silence surrounding mental health, challenging societal stigma, and promoting empathy, understanding, and practical solutions.
Around 400 students from seven colleges participated in the webinar. Dr. Dash highlighted the challenges faced by individuals experiencing mental health concerns and emphasised the importance of open conversations, early support, and a compassionate, stigma-free environment.
