Never feel unhappy about election outcomes as most of us not contributed in any form

Fascist, reactionary, and communal force are our worst enemy. But before they harm us we harm our own people if not physically but mentally. We don’t allow our people to surpass us. We do not utilise the inherent talents and potentialities of our people in the fear of losing importance. Personal likes and dislikes are so pervasive, discernible is that our each decision and activity is guided by not rationality but personal whims. When someone sacrifices everything and tries to contribute to society, instead of extending moral support, creating a congenital atmosphere, we try to denigrate in different ways. We want ‘yes’ person instead of an efficient one. We talk of waging ideological struggle, intellectual pursuits , but in backyard, we donot give importance to such activities. If we don’t change our approach, we will decline further. In present polarised society, it is difficult to emerge as a political force but still have a chance to maintain supremacy and suzerainty of left philosophy.Imperative of Ideological struggle

In present polarised society where money and muscle power, publicity and crony capitalism play a dominant role in the electoral process , it is not easy to win elections. But we can matain supremacy, suzerainty of left , pro people philosophy which present ruling dispensation wants to annihilate. Never think that it will allow left leaning trade unions to function smoothly. In this circumstances, ideological struggle and spreading correct information, curbing misinformation and disinformation is very vital. If employees donot see any further improvement in benefits and privileges, union will not be affected. But if there will be any ideological aberration, then it will be difficult to maintain the unit.
For this there is a need for writing articles in news papers. Yes, it is not easy one. But we can write in social media, build networks and can forward pro people,, progressive materials and literatures. We can write letters to editors in support of progressive articles and against anti people, pro ruling class views. There are so many areas where we can contribute. We need to plan accordingly and utilise the positive aspects of our people which is lacking.
