Why we are not united .

We are not united not because we don’t want to get united or we don’t want a better society, but the real reason is weightage to individual prominence. The problem is that individual interest, importance and suzerainty outweigh our goal for a better society. When we wage any battle,we want victory but simultaneously we want our image to get enhanced more than others . We plan accordingly everything – starting from arranging meetings, rallies, demonstrations, choosing successors, praising or criticising others, forging alliances with others too.

If individual importance does not matter, there would not have been so many trade unions nor left parties.
However, this is grim reality of life. One cannot move or achieve anything unless he/ she has aspirations. I am not free from such aspirations too. While I admit , others donot. But while having aspirations, one must know his/ actual place in given circumstances too . Aspirations should be realistic. In order to help anybody to fulfil aspirations,we should not create ‘yes’ person rather efficient and capable one. Talent, ability and creativity should be respected.
