Mahant Rohit Shastri Pays Courtesy Visit to J&K PCCF & HoFF Shri Suresh Kumar Gupta (IFS) on His Retirement

Jammu & Kashmir : On the occasion of his retirement, Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji, Chairman of Shri Kailakh Jyotish avim Vedic Sansthan Trust, Raipur (Thather), Jammu & Kashmir, and a State Awardee, paid a courtesy visit to Shri Suresh Kumar Gupta (IFS), Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force (PCCF & HoFF), Jammu & Kashmir, at his office. During the meeting, Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji respectfully presented the Trust’s annual magazine “Kartavya Marg” to him.
During the interaction, Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji shared detailed information about the Trust’s initiatives in the preservation and promotion of the Sanskrit language, environmental conservation, large-scale plantation drives, promotion of cultural and Vedic traditions, and various public welfare activities. He stated that the Trust continues to play an active role in social welfare and will organize several major programs in the future focused on Sanskrit upliftment and environmental awareness.
Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji said that Shri Suresh Kumar Gupta Ji has been a dedicated, honest, and visionary officer. During his long and successful tenure, forest and environmental conservation in Jammu & Kashmir received a new direction. He added that Shri Gupta’s contribution on the occasion of his retirement will always be remembered.
On this occasion, the retiring PCCF & HoFF Shri Suresh Kumar Gupta (IFS) appreciated the efforts being made by Mahant Rohit Shastri Ji in the fields of culture, promotion of Sanskrit, and environmental conservation, and said that culture and the environment are the foundation of society. He described the initiatives undertaken by the Trust as commendable and a source of inspiration for society.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both dignitaries held discussions on environmental conservation, plantation drives, public awareness campaigns, and the preservation of cultural heritage.
On this occasion, Shri Prabodh Sharma Ji, Advisor to the Trust, was also present.
