Cricket Tournament inaugurated in memory of Narayan Goud.
Beguniapada(Ganjam,Odisha):- The 5th edition of the Chingudikhol Premier League cricket tournament has been inaugurated at the Chingudikhol High School Stadium in the presence of Narayan Cricket Club. A well-known cricketer in Ganjam district and Odisha, Narayan Goud, died while playing cricket recently. Therefore, in his memory, the Chingudikhol Premier League has been organized by the Chingudikhol youth for the past 5 years. Today, the inaugural match was won by Gopinath XI Star after losing to Bateswar Blaster on the first day. Bateswar Blaster, who won the toss and batted first, scored 47 runs in 8 overs. In reply, Gopinath XI Star scored 48 runs in just 7 overs and won the match one-sidedly.
The tournament was officially inaugurated by the representatives of Chingdikhol village, Sarpanch Basant Mallick, Samiti member Jitendra Gaud and youth social worker Fakir Mohan Rout. The members of the organizer Narayan Cricket Club cooperated in the management of the tournament.
