Cuttack: Renowned journalist and social worker Niranjan Rath breathed his last at a private hospital in Cuttack yesterday, June 19, at the age of 78. Rath, who was the national secretary of Loksevak Mandal, succumbed to his ailments at 11 pm.
A multifaceted personality, Rath was known for his contributions as a writer and journalist. He had previously served as the editor, publisher, and printer of the esteemed newspaper ‘Samaj’. His dedication to social work and commitment to the field of journalism earned him respect and admiration from various quarters
