Balancing and managing
A manager has to manage contradictions. A leader has to balance different persons and matters . Everybody knows it. But important thing is that managing contradictions or balancing different people donot mean not telling what is right and what is wrong. Balancing does not mean remaining silent when wrong things happen. Society is getting deteriorated and wrong people are exerting influences because people prefer to maintain stoic silence when they are supposed to intervene. By maintaing stoic silence , one may gain temporarily but in the long run it harms a lot push an institutioninto into a quagmire of impasse where it becomes difficult to extricate. The nation has been pushed into that situation.
