WaPo reveals identity of RAW officer accused of ordering hit on Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun
A report published in The Washington Post alleges that a Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) officer named Vikram Yadav instructed a hired hit team to target US-based Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The operation was reportedly approved by the then RAW chief, Samant Goel.
