ଏକାଦଶୀରେ ମହାଦୀପ ଆଳତି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତିନୋଟି ରୌପ୍ୟ କଳସୀରେ ଘିଅ ଏବଂ କଦଳୀ ବାସୁଙ୍ଗାରେ ନୂଆ କନା ଗୁଡାଇ ବଳିତା କରାଯାଇ ମହାଦୀପ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୁଏ । ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ମହାଦୀପ ସଂସ୍କାର କରି ଆଳତି ପରେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଉପରକୁ ମହାଦୀପ ଉଠିଥାଏ ।

Mahadeepa Alati’ on the occasion of ‘Hari Utthapana Ekadasi’

‘Mahadeepa’ is prepared by dipping wicks of cloth-wrapped dry banana rinds & branches in 3 ghee-filled silver pots. ‘Mahadeepa’ is taken atop ShreeMandira after completion of the ‘Alati’ near Mahaprabhu.
