Exploited VS Exploiters
We are adapting to the same old strategy, and resorting to old methods while our enemies are changing goal posts everyday and resorting to innovative ways.
Ideology is one aspect which one embraces but it is human behaviour, and a situation that determines which category -exploiting class or exploited class- one belongs.
. Human behaviour changes with the gain of power, wealth and position. Just take statistics of people who are guilty of indulging in corruption, nepotism, and malversation and amassing wealth by illegal and unfair means or who have treated others especially subordinates, weaker with arrogance and disdain. Most of them have must have come very poor families and have struggled in the early part of life.
Society is complex, human thoughts and behaviour are unpredictable. When we fight for wages ,we are exploited class. When we deny legitimate wages to labourers,we are exploiting class. When a auto driver demands exorbitant prices at night when you do not have an alternative to come home late at night, the auto driver acts as an exploiter at that time and you are exploited one.
In house, when mother in law torture daughter in law, former is exploiter and latter is exploited class. Similarly when daughter in law torture mother in law, former is exploiter and latter is exploited class. Ideology influences human behaviour, but individual ‘s behaviour, interest, greed, ego, arrogance, generosity , broadness also influence. One cannot be considered as honest, good just talking or writing in pro people angle or embracing progressive ideology, but it is quality of thoughts, behaviour, decision in different stages of life, abilty to submilmate, control ego, jealousy, vindictiveness, greedy determine every things.
Further, one wants to achieve anything in life, he/ she has to cope with different situations too. Can you speak against a person in a channel who owns the channel. Can you write against a person in a newspaper who owns the newspaper. Similarly, can you fight the loot and plunder of a private company in which you work and get salary . Can employees of Adani raise voice against SEBI chairperson. Can a teacher of private school or doctor of a corporate hospital raise voices against owner and policy of privatisation, corporstisation easily as we do.Since,we are in public sector and unionised, we are able to tell truth. Everybody can’t. I know how media people, IT sector employees pagued by uncertainty of their jobs.
The only solution is a strong check and balance, opposition, media, and people ‘s power to to tell truth and criticise ruling class, powerful, exploiters.
