This World Environment Day, let’s speak the truths corporations won’t!
100 corporations are responsible for over 70% of global emissions. The richest 1% emit more than twice the carbon of the poorest 50%. While the working class is told to use paper straws and switch off lights, billionaires fly private jets and plunder the Earth. This is not a climate crisis—it is capitalism in decay.
Capitalism thrives on endless extraction, endless consumption, and endless inequality. It commodifies nature, treats land, water, and air as profit-generating assets—and then greenwashes the destruction with empty slogans. A system built on greed cannot offer sustainability. It offers collapse.
Socialism means planned, equitable use of resources. It means public ownership of key industries, investment in clean energy, and production for need—not profit. It means putting people and planet above private wealth. The choice is clear: socialism or extinction.
