How to evaluate a writer

Today , Internet provides a lot of information and articles on various issues. Many can write after reading others’ articles.

But, one’s knowledge, ability, sagacity, perspicacity are tested how one gives views or writes on any issue just after happening of the event and before reading others’ views/ articles.
Today English news papers have software which can detect how much a writer has collected from others ‘ articles or news . However, collecting data and information from any source is not plagiarism as those are the same everywhere but reproducing any views of others without citing the name is plagiarism.Analysis by any individual, their independent ideas , thoughts matter most.

But today, news papers are looking at how much you favour the ruling class or how much your views are politically neutral.
