Beware of Conwoman Sipra Mallick

Smt. Sipra Mallick is a resident of Cuttack. She is ex MLA of Kendrapara Constituency. She is also retired faculty. Above all She is a number 1 Conwoman.

She has sold a BDA flat to 10-15 person. She has duped a lot of money. She has looted innocent people in name of same house.

Now she is not giving any document or signing on BDA house transfer form.

Notonly She has cheated innocent people, She has cheated Government of Odisha. She has bought the said house from Bhubaneswar Development Authority in 2009. Till date, She has taken Water & Sewerage Connection. She has been using Water and Sewerage facility without taking Connection and paying for the services. She is looting Government of Odisha also.

Similarly She has not paid electricity charges for many years.

It seems she is a habitual conwoman and looting everyone.

Beware of such conwoman and be very sure of person from whom you are buying house. Check background of the person and house before buying it.
