Controversial
Those who write only stories, poems or novels normally don’t become controversial . But those who write against wrong policies of the government become controversial. In society or politics ,or any sphere of life, who wants to bring changes becomes controversial. Anybody going against the current becomes controversial but who supports the wrong things do not become controversial rather being rewarded.

When freedom fighters were waging battles against the British, they were dubbed as stubborn, recalcitrant and controversial . They were maimed , incarcerated and killed. Today, many people are killed for creating scientific tempers and fighting fanaticism and obscurantism
