An Appeal to the Media

I am deeply pained and saddened to share that my paternal uncle, Shri Sadashiv Acharya, who served as a Senior Stenographer in the Central Ground Water Board, Bhujal Bhawan, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, has been caught in the net of the Central Vigilance Department and subsequently given compulsory retirement due to allegations of corruption.

This incident is not only a personal loss but also a matter of grave concern for our society and nation. Shri Acharya, who once instilled the values of truth and honesty in me, has now been implicated in actions contrary to those principles. This paradox weighs heavily on my heart, and I believe such issues require immediate attention to ensure justice and accountability.

I humbly appeal to the media, as the voice of the people and a pillar of democracy, to investigate and report on this matter. Your involvement can shed light on the circumstances, ensure transparency, and send a strong message that corruption will not be tolerated. Let us work together to build a society where honesty and integrity are upheld at all levels.

By addressing such cases, we can contribute to creating a corruption-free nation and ensure that those entrusted with public responsibilities are held accountable for their actions. I urge you to bring this issue to the forefront and help pave the way for systemic change.

Thank you for your support in this collective fight for justice and integrity.

Sincerely,
Nihar Ranjan Acharya
